harel hason and yair azar, two friends fron lod, israel create music together since highschool . in 1998 , they spoke with berry saharof after one of his show and he invite them to his home. the couple play for him and he was very impressed by the extraordinary vocalists - guitarists duo. after a short time the white star sign a record contract in nana disc.
in 2001 , after three years of hard work , the debut album finally appear .
the unique album was critically acclaimed and the single "tiyol behinam" succeed and become a major hit in the radio.
saharof played electric guitar in the song "derech kol halon" and he's the art director of the album.
the white star preform live for 3 years and then they take a brake.
appart from the band activity hason take part in the rock opera "mami" (2002) , and azar work with efrat ben tzor and yehodit tamir, among others.
in 2005 hason got a telephone call from atzmon avrahami, a jerusalem based drummer, poet, dj and a music critic / editor in maariv.
hason and avrahami become a friend and they work together on some of hason new songs.
in 2007 ,hason, azar and avrahami finally starting to work on new material for the white star second album.
