All the classic Who tracks played with the passion and energy associated with this fantastic band. From it’s inception the show/set has been based on recent live Who shows/tours such as the 2000 show at the Albert Hall and the 2002 world tour.
The five piece band comprises of dedicated, highly experienced musicians. As we say "It ain't stars in your eyes", we don't pretend to be lookalikes but we do play the way the Who have always played - live and with passion! and in our opinion that's the only way it should be! The emphasis is on soundalike not lookalike! The 21 number set spans the decades and includes all the classics such as Can't Explain, Anyway Anyhow, The Seeker, The Real Me, Baba O’reilly through to You better you bet. Its 100% live and 100% Who. No tapes here. We guarantee you won't be dissapointed!!

We've probably done around 150-200 different tributes here at The Townmill since we opened 6 years ago and The Whoo were definitely in the top half dozen.
The live reproduction was excellent and whilst the set was peppered with the best Who tracks there were some personal faves in their,the likes of 5:15 which i would always have imagined would be difficult to recreate live....but you absolutley nailed it along with every other song.
We look forward to September when we will try to put a bit of a spin on the night,maybe making it a mod event with a late bar and dj and maybe a mod influenced support....were determined to do all in our powers to build this show, it really is that good.
