I just watched the Wicker Man in HD on my digital cable! It's a little service that comes with Comcast called On-Demand...and it's got this horror channel called Fearnet. They are running a few HD programs this month and Wicker Man is one of them! It was in great condition considering it's age...what a pleasure to watch in 1080 resolution! Thanks for the add. I've seen TWM so many times and I'm always amazed by how rich it is. It's so moving in the final scenes. I would never watch the Cage rip-off as how could they come anywhere near the original? The music, the acting, the script, the location shots are just so lush in the original. It is a film that haunts you once you've seen it.
Thank you for the add this is one of my favorite films of all time. The origination Wicker Man from 1973 is far better in the remake of a few years ago.
