And yet, despite hundreds of drunken train-wreck performances, mainstream success has mysteriously eluded them.
The band, half brothers Tater and Dirty Dick, and cousin/uncle Beau Vine, honed their musical skills on the muddy shores of old man Rouge River. Dirty Dick squawks it up old school on guitar, Beau beats bass brutely, and Tater plays drums with all the subtlety of a pinball machine dry-humping a lawnmower!
In the latter part of the 20th century The WIDOWMAKERS released their EP "POKE IT WITH A STICK"
This landmark release was largely ignored by the so-called "intelligentsia" ,but dumb people took notice. The disc slowly gained a cult reputation, eventually selling in excess of 43 copies!
................TheWIDOWMAKERS are currently working on a full length album, and hope to double those sales figures!
