Born during the night of 13th August 1981, under the sign of LEO, in Buenos Aires, Argentina; Matías Nicolás Chervin AKA DJ WilD-LioN is influenced by his mother’s disco music and his father’s hard rock. He began studying piano and organ when he was just 7 years old and continued doing it for more than 7 years. Soon in his adolescence he crosses diverse stages of pop, heavy metal, to even disembark somehow strange into electronic music. Influenced by national artists of the moment such as Alberto Lencina, Capo Ferraro and his group of DJs and producers that were in his DJ Time radio program were creating in his head a different way to see electronic music. Also powered up by contests and competitions for new DJs that set up this program, was there when he decided to begin his career as a DJ; downloading lots of data from Internet and little by little getting hands into the equipment necessary to be able to practice since he was totally self-taught. With time and dedication he reached an outstanding level in music selection and mixing skills which he continues perfecting presentation after presentation. In his sets no matter he is live or in a studio, the characteristic style of trance music, an European and supreme sound stands out, in general few vocals but with a strong effect, enough groove to maintain the crow dancing and some of those celestial melodies that when people is leaving they continue whistling them. With more than 10 years in B.A. nights, he is outlined like one of the most stable promises of the national trance scene.
