Like a child in the night, new to the city's darkness, I was born again and set free to run wild down each street only to find that none would take me home.

Congrats on being listed as one Hottest Bands In Canada Poll on i(heart)music 'Wooden Sky have had a massive 2009. With the addition of the release of a new documentary capturing the backstage scenes of their summertime tour, they have become one of the country’s most intriguing folk-rock, alt-country outfits. Consequently, they are in my number one spot. The Wooden Sky are realizing their awesome potential and sparking excitement in crowds of listeners all across the country. (Alex, The Mad Ones)'
Nice show review in this issue of Exclaim Magazine 'With the band clad in plaid, it was difficult not to be romanticized by their overwhelming brand of good time, stomp-heavy rock'n'roll. The dance floor was soon crowded, which meant the tunes from If I Don't Come Home You'll Know I'm Gone went over well. If you've heard the record, you can empathize'
