The Wookiees are four guys from Warrington that feel there needs to be a change in the music industry. Getting influences from Funk, Rock and the down right strange, The Wookiees have become Warrington's biggest and only diverse Funk band. We have spread our sound across the North-West of England but are looking to break free from the same venues. We have played in Warrington, Chester, Liverpool, Runcorn, Manchester, Crewe, Wigan, at many venues.

Since forming on September 7th 2009, we have written many songs, and have grown up in our writing style, always looking for change and diversity. We are still writing today with new tracks wanting to be recorded and played live. We will never give you a bad performance and we guarantee that you will want us back to play again. We are the Wookiees.
