Sounds Like
In our few gigs since we formed, we have had comparisons too Unbelievable Truth, Radiohead, Tom McCrae and Billy Bragg?. You make your own mind up, not for us to say who we sound like, but we are pleased with the comparisons so far, so keep them coming.
Formed early 2009, Hartlepool musicians collective : The Woven Project are lo-fi, acoustic and experimental with a distinct folk influence. And hope to bring you melancholic, soulful music from the heart. Currently rehearsing as a 4 piece, hopefully to soon add violin/cello to our live sound.
The Woven Project are open to experiment, and welcome anyone into the fold. So if you think you can add something to our sound, please contact us through myspace/facebook etc.
For bookings please email brianbarnes@thewovenproject.com we are very flexible and can play as a two, three or four piece right now, and completely acoustically as required
