The W-Vibe existed from 1998 - 2005. We were once described as sounding like Kraftwerk with a Mick Jagger chip stuck inside.
Joe's favorite bands are: My Bloody Valentine, Spacelings-n-Bassheads, Minor Threat, The Pixies, 7 Seconds, Weezer, DEMF, Central Armed Forces, I-F, Daft Punk; a mix between Electronic and Pop. Dan likes: The Who, Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix, Boredoms, The Stooges, David Bowie, Bjork, The Beatles; a mix between British Invasion and modern noise. You can get a grasp for what we may sound like.
Some of the bands we played with in the past were: The Valentinos, The Pop Project, The Sights, The Beggars, Mechanik, Boredoms, The Alphabet, Ectomorph, Super Furry Animals, Wesley Willis, The White Stripes, The Clone Defects, New Grenada, N.G.O, The Witches and lots of others!
Thanks for the add and your comments. More Moog Prodigy is ALWAYS a good thing :))) Like your sound and the progressions are pretty interesting- always fresh sounding. Nice.
The optic nerve carries images we see to the brain. It is like a telephone line containing about 1.2 million wires. When this optic nerve is damaged, it is a condition known as glaucoma, which can damage nerve fibers, causing blind spots to develop. We must quit--we all developed severe musical-glaucoma.
W-Vibe, thanks for the add. Yours is some interesting stuff, I really dig the vintage keys. I tend more towards the hammond and piano sounds but have also been playin with a Korg micro and the infinite sounds from Reason on a laptop.
