The Yams formed in 2003 after the demise of Hambone's longtime band the Lone Wolves and Dave's equally long-in-the-tooth band the Sea Monkeys. The Yams write dumb punk rock songs about evil celebrities, quitting jobs, and Dave's track record of poor decisions. Playing insane live shows is a key element to the Yams lifestyle and we see no reason to ever stop doing what we're doing no matter what anyone says. So there.
