The Yard Sale's Interests
General
We are interested in showcasing the work of various artists, while at the same time, raising awareness and money for numerous charities in support of the work they do. Our Artists sell their creations on a commission basis, where 10% goes to the charity of their choice. Below are slideshows of our artist's work, including their Charity of Choice.
When you support our artists, you help them support organizations, whose work makes the world a better place for all. If you are not able to visit our shop, please call us and we can arrange for any of our merchandise to be shipped worldwide.
If the slideshow is not loading properly, please hit the refresh button. Thank you!

Who I'd like to meet: We would like to meet with each artist individually, to discuss our concept and marketing plans, look at your work, and discuss the possibilities at The Yard Sale. We would like to find ‘Permanent’ as well as ‘Rotating’ Suppliers/Exhibitors. Regular Events will be planned to introduce the ‘New Rotation” each month, with mini-events, seminars, or classes in between. You are also encouraged to offer classes as a way of promoting your craft as well as your personal work.
We are trying to fill the shop with ‘art with function’ and are hoping to find beautiful things that also have an alternative purpose. (Instead of selling a “healing stone’ by itself, we attach it to a key chain.) We are also looking for small ‘gift items’ and ‘souvenirs’. Our prices will range from what-a-steal-souvenirs to oh-my-god-they-must-be-kidding-fine-art.
In Particular, we are looking for:
• Sculpture and 3-Dimentional Works
• Textiles (woven, dyed, embellished)
• Interesting novel dual-function game art fun thingies
• Paintings and Photography (Photos should be Local: some exceptions allowed)
• Postcards by local artists
• Books by local artists (we can arrange a book signing event) (we also plan ‘Poetry Slams’)
• CDs by local artists (we can arrange a CD signing party)
• Hand-made Mobiles, Wind-socks, or ‘Porch/Garden-Décor’
• And we are open to your ideas and suggestions!
We have wall and shelving space available. We will provide you with an ‘Artist’s Profile” and you can also place your business cards/flyers. 10% goes to a Charity of your choice, so let us know who you want to support! We will do the marketing, advertising, events, and all the rest!
This is a really inexpensive way to get exposure and a great way to sell to the throngs of people who inundate the beach in PB each year.
If you are interested in working with us, please call us any time to set up a meeting where we can get to know each other and talk about the Yard Sale! Cheers everybody! I’m looking forward to hearing from you all! Thanks!
