Rock N Roll Junkie	Nov 23 2008 10:09 PM I kinda get where you are coming from...in a sense.....I would have loved to see what the first VR album would have sounded like with Axl's input/melodies.....the second one by and large was bullshit tho.. This album IS over produced, he uses every single trick out there on this one...and there are some outstanding tracks..but it also took me more than 1 listen to take it all in and also I think the album works better as a musical journey rather than individual singles. It's definitely not Appetite redeux but....considering the quality of some of the crap out there....I'll take Chinese Democracy!
