If the person is not present, and their ticket is drawn, they are still consider a winner. 5. Every person must have proper contact information. 6. If drawing is in 30days And all tickets is not sold out for the event. We reserve the right to move it to the next 30days for all tickets to be sold out for event. 7. A News Press will be at event to announce drawing of the winning ticket. 8. Drawing will be done at the event, two first prize drawing. A. Two second prize drawing. B. Two third place drawing. 9.
