Sounds Like“Jumping between traditional folk, country and pop while combining it with brushes of Hawaiian and Caribbean melodies, quirky indie and jazz swing, both albums present a band that works just as well together as on their own. While each artist showcases their own individual talent, it is the true testament to collective ingenuity that raises these recordings, exhibiting songwriters comfortable enough in their own shoes to start filling each others." - View Magazine

   About The Yetties
Inspired by Bob Dylan’s Rolling Thunder Revue, Ryan Bishops, Nathan Lawr, Kate Maki, Ruth Minnikin and Dale Murray toured across Canada twice in 2005 as a travelling band of singing songwriters known as A Midwinter Night's Dream and A Midautumn Night's Dream. From coast to coast, they took turns as lead singer while the others acted as back up on drums, bass, guitar, piano, organ, pedal steel, accordion, harmonica and harmonies. For each tour, a ten song album was recorded live off the floor in one day, packaged in hand-drawn (by Nathan), handmade sleeves, and sold off stage. Both albums sold-out on tour, but are now available for download at www.zunior.com.

"Unlike Dylan's Rolling Thunder gypsy caravan, you will not find Allen Ginsberg hiding in the back of the van. What you will find, however, is a collection of some of Canada's most talented songwriters. The antiquated notion of a singer-songwriter being a shaky James Taylor-esque character in corduroys looking like an extra from 'A Mighty Wind' need not apply here. This group is very much a band." - Queen's Journal
