ZIMZALA is a one of a kind music and art charity event at from the Jersey Shore, in support of Surfaid International.
Our mission is to help raise funds and awareness for SurfAid on the East Coast, with support from around the country while representing all the great artists, businesses and culture this area has to offer. It's part of our goal to help put the beaches of New Jersey on the map as a major player in the global surfing community.
ZIMZALA was founded and presented by OKOTO Apparel, Jay Alders Fine art & Photography and Sun Dreams Productions.
SurfAid's mission is to improve the health of people living in isolated regions of the world connected to us through surfing.

RISKY GIRL MODEL SEARCH The winner of the model search will receive $500 cash and a professional photo shoot for a magazine ad in Eastern Surf Magazine with a very prestigious photographer, Sarah McColgan. (http://www. sarahmccolgan. com)
"We are holding a casual approach to our model search to reduce any intimidation of being on stage", said Jon Lewis, event coordinator for Fukitt & Risky Clothing. "They don't go on stage to get picked. Instead, they will gather their votes by interacting with the audience and showing their personality."
we have an all ages show at the stone pony on friday the 25th. we go on around 8pm. it is with barry and the penetrators and some other cool bands. should be fun.

wow wow. I guess thats what im saying! what an unbelievable time and event. Was such a pleasure being a part of it and hope we made the night more enjoyable in any way we could! was a blast and Id love to do the dance again!
Hey Zimzala was a great event I'm glad I could make it. Didn't win any prizes but it was all for a good cause so it's alright. Let me know if there are any other art/music events happening in the local NJ area I'll have some art to exhibit. I'll be at the premiere for Out There June 14th at the Pony. Hope to see ya there!
