Hello, we are Thief Taker. Currently based in Leeds. A fusion of Rock, Funk, Jazz, Soul, Blues, Classical, Punk and Folk
We abruptly lost our drummer, Curtis recently, so now we are taking time out to find a new one, practice and generally start over!
So expect new band-name discussions, musical direction re-thinks and a new personality to meet.
The music will be different of course, but it will be equally as passionate. Curtis will never be replaced. We wish him all the best in the creative path he decides to take, and hope that he never puts down his drum sticks completely as he is a very talented beatsmith.
He is still our friend and he is alive, so its not bad news really! As long as he is happy, we're happy.
Watch this space, and in the meantime, have a listen and a reminder of all the songs that Curtis helped create from the media player. You may never hear them again. (Unless you ask us for a free CD of them of course!)
