Think Twice started as band in the spring/summer of '89 when Freddy and Gonzo asked to their long time friend Sergio if he wished to sing in a brand new Str8 edge hardcore band; at that time hardcore was slowly dying and only straight edge bands were keepin' that spirit alive, so when Youth of Today in 89 toured italy it was the right time to take stand...so when they finally found out a young kid to fit on the bass guitar the band was born...THINK TWICE played their first gig as an opening show for the famous italian H.C. outfit IMPACT in october of 89...in the spring of 1990 a self produced demo see the light...and so more shows and their popularity began to spread around italy and overseas...straight edge were getting bigger in italy and all over europe as well, more shows had Str8 edge bands on the bill so much more opportunities for band to get a wider covering...in the fall of '90 a 6 songs e.p. was recorded and Breakevenpoint Rec. realeased in the early 1991; meanwhile the band was signed up by the European premier Straight Edge label CRUCIAL RESPONSE from Germany, so after being on the benefit compilation SHARE COMMON GROUND it was time to go back on studio and record a full lenght album; so through Jan-March of 1992 the band recorded a 11 songs L.P. that only got printed a year later on Crucial Response; in the meantime Walter, the former bass player quit the band and was replaced by Massimo from the Famous GROWING CONCERN, he lasted with the band for the whole summer when THIN TWICE played a handfull shows on the East Coast (Boston- Wash.d.c.-New Jersey). Back from the u.s. tour Massimo could not handle it anymore cause was too hard to practice with the band living so far away...it was replaced by Andrea-rigablood. This line-up lasted for a couple of years, including the german-belgium tour of the fall of '93. In '94 Stefano from By All Means got in the band replacing Andrew on bass...but THINK TWICE were slowly lowering down... meanwhile AGEING were starting at the same time...in the summer of 95 after a short break german tour along with AGEING, THINK TWICE call their quits...now after a dozen of years the band is gonna get together with a brand new line up full of energy and attitude including the former legendary big SERGIO on vox, FREDDY on guit. and GONZO on skins, plus 2 brand new rookies FRED on guit. e LUCA "BURRO"on bass!!!!"YOU KNOW WHAT WE NEED MORE BANDS, MORE PEOPLE TO BE INVOLVED...INSTEAD OF WASTE OUR TIME AND FUCK OUR LIVES"...Gonzo just turned dad for the fourth time so he had to quit the band, it was hard for him to keep playing in think twice and care of his big family too...thanks Gonzo...we will miss you...but in the same time we're happy to announce the new drummer: the mighty Paolo Gaiarsa (fratellanza-product-vitamin x-pkr)...we are proud that Paolo is now part of the band...a really dedicated nice guy ( his fartin ass apart !!!)...welcome Paul....
