Hi- I'm Jay. I Have a real estate company based in the Columbus/Metro Area. I started buying and renovating properties in the campus area while I was a student at OSU during the early 1980's. At heart I'm a renovator that loves transforming old buildings into leasable space with character. I used to do all the interior and exterior renovations and management myself but now have turned my attentions towards the internet.
In the mid 1990's I discovered the internet as a way to efficiently market properties. I started www.metro-rentals.com as a way to bring together both landlords and tenants interested in the urban areas.
As a property owner I have many conversations with people moving into Columbus wanting one of the great urban areas but they are often unsure as to which one. And current residents often need information about parking, trash removal, public transportation and other day to day challenges associated with urban living. So, I created www.Think-Urban.com to address these questions as well as provide information about restaurants, local events and anything else important to urban living in Columbus.
