About me: I am a cynic floating in the brain tissue of an optimist. Some days I am both at the same time. So this section is to be the synopsis of me, eh? How does one write that exactly when one knows that you will have immediate publication of your autobiography (thanks, myspace!)? Although I cannot fully say what I am, I can list what I do...music creation wihtout the benefit(?) of formal training...writing lines that sometimes flow, and sometimes do not...pounding on congas with a 3 piece semi-acoustic band...pretending to be someone respectable as an office manager...helping to parent 2 creative and simultaneously wonderful and frustrating young minds (parents will understand this statement)...climbing hills of the mind with my love and partner, the one who allows me the freedom to rant and be a darn blasted village idiot most of the time without question (to be myself in other words)...searching for freedom in small windows and time to have slack and consume the best beer my wallet will allow...treading philosophically through life, alternating between mouthfuls of water and breathfulls of air...realising that treading is the most we can expect, no revelation train coming down the mountain trailing enlightenment...getting interrupted while writing this bio, by the aforementioned wonderful minds (yes, yes the intricate world of Pokemon is ever so fascinating!!)...using sarcasm as a non violent weapon...searching ever searching for the filament running through it all...to experience should be the goal, not to understand. This is my goal, far from attainment as I speak from my beautifully decorated psychic cubicle I have built through the fearful years. And attainment isnt the goal anyway. It will always be the process that is most meaningful. And here I go, into the internet void amongst the many voices...perhaps I will hear an echo...
