Sounds Like
Our sound is closest to the essence of classic rock n roll yet we do not fit into any one style or genre. We have been compared to early Jefferson Airplane and one fan claims we are the "Cowboy Junkies with the drive of Melissa Etheridge." One KPFT DJ remarked our music should be in a Quentin Tarrentino film. Our sound has heart, soul and rockin rhythms.
The members come from the streets of Chicago, Boston, Houston and parts in between. They've worked solo, in touring acts, coffee houses, blues bars and good ol' rock n roll joints.
Third Ear! Thank you for the add and of course, for the kind words! Please check out our music! Our songs are now available on iTunes! Also, if you sign up to be on our mailing list, you will receive a free track off of our debut CD "Waiting for Her!"...Erich Cawalla, Jenifer Kinder, & The Uptown Band (www. uptownbandmusic. com)
Hello from Memphis, Third Ear! Thanks for having a listen. We appreciate that very much! Have a great 2009 and keep on rockin' the blues! Randy/Pegasus Actual
I'm re-inventing myself in a new business venture and letting everyone know that I could use a little help from my friends. Please check the links and if you like the idea of teaching restaurant employees how to serve with ALOHA, then tell your restaurant owner/manager friends to buy my DVD on-line NOW!
"Aloha or what you might call local hospitality is the humble and caring expression of giving without concern of how you may gain. It is the sincere and genuine acts that provide for the comfort of our guests. It is our willingness to perform these acts with out being asked or prompted. It is how we connect with our guests from the heart, and exceed their expectations. It is what creates a lasting and memorable experience.” -Al Cloutier
