"they have set new standards for themselves and other bands to aspire to. Like Neil Young meets Gun's 'n' Roses, they project power and poeticism in equal measure." Filth Club, Luton
"Third Law Kicked off the night with their Metallica sounding rhythm and flawless lead guitar. That offered hot, sexy solos leaving fellow guitarists drooling in the audience. The Bass player played like a lead guitarist, impressive to watch and the lead vocals were easy to get into. The distant jangle of the tambourine and back-up vocals were a real compliment to the rocking bass lines." VB@H Fanzine
“break modern conventions with their music, combining the rawness of the Buzzcocks, the darkness of Joy Division, and the madness of Adam and the Ants, to create two minute epics, that sound nothing like their contemporaries.” (thegirlwith)

"Guilty of writing catchy-as-hell songs", another VB@H review
Hi, this is us and our music. Originally formed in 2000
there's been more people through this band than we care to
remember (all of them loved and respected) but now,
with members from Luton, Hemel and Bedford we've
an exciting line up ready (and able) to build on all the good
work that's gone before.
Third Law are.............. well, what we do know is that we're
different things to the different people that come to see us.
Some say rock, some say punk, some say catchy pop, some say epic.
What we do is make the music that we like, get out and gig
and try and be the best band that we can be.
And that's good enough for us.
With the release in 2009 of That Which Does Not Kill Us..
we've established the sound of this band, moving on
from previous line ups to something new yet familiar,
and judging by the crowd reation at the launch gig
(Headline slot at LutonAid 2009) something that a lot
of people are going to enjoy.
