THIS DAY’S FURY BEGAN IN JULY 2004 WITH FOUNDING MEMBERS SIMON LEE, JOE PRENDERGAST, MATT STRINGER AND MARTIN WILLIAMS.

PRACTICING EVERY WEEK AT JAM STUDIOS, THE FOUR MOULDED THE BACKBONE OF THE GUITAR-DRIVEN TUNES YOU HEAR TODAY. IN SEPTEMBER 2004 FRONT MAN LIAM BRETT JOINED THE GROUP, BRINGING WITH HIM HIS UNIQUE SCREAMING/SINGING STYLE. A MOVE TO AUDIOZONE IN WAKEFIELD AND A DEBUT GIG AT THE MARKET TAVERN LATER, THE BAND WENT PUBLIC FOR THE FIRST TIME.

AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS OF INTENSE GIGGING MARTIN AND TDF PARTED WAYS PAVING THE WAY FOR THE YOUNG SAM PRENDERGAST TO BRING HIS OWN BRAND OF HARD HITTING DRUMMING TO THE GROUP.

THE BAND RELEASED THEIR DEBUT EP ’NINETEEN DAYS TO DIE’ IN 2006.
