defiance ohio were once from ohio, not defiance ohio. now they live in bloomington. most of them do anyway. ryan woods (x-short millie, momento mori, cobra kia) plays the upright acoustic bass. geoff hing plays guitar, sherri plays cello and banjo, BZ plays the violin and will and or theo zumm plays the drums and or guitar. they have a self relesed full length, "share what you got" on CD, with the LP version released on friends and relatives records. they have a split 7" with one reason on anti-creative records and a NEW full length on CD/LP on no idea records. they tour a lot. see their web-page for more info.

The torch of editing the zine yearbook has been passed to us at Microcosm and we are beginning to assemble the 9th annual Zine Yearbook for 2007! "Wow!" you're saying to yourself, "I sure wish my zine was in there!" Well, it can be! Simply send a copy to us with a note explaining your intentions. All you need to qualify is a print run of less than 5,000 copies and to have been published in 2007. Deadline for submissions is Dec 31 so hurry! i think you should remove the music from this profile. if you read the terms of service. first of all, you have to have the rights to the music to post it. second, when you put the music up, you are handing the rights over to rupert murdoch and Fox. i'm pretty sure anarchist folk punkers dont appreciate you signing over their music to fox news. instead, just put a link to their website so the people can get the music themselves.
