The groundwork was being laid even as their last album was wrapping up in 2005, but it took well over two years for This Glass Embrace's magnum opus to see the light of day. A sweeping, intricate tale of love, substance abuse, and psychological maladjustment, "A Ghost in the Photograph" tells one story from start to finish, but the songs themselves are anything but uniform. Infectious power pop runs up against brooding post-hardcore; acoustic ballads face off against towering epics. Through it all, the lyrics weave a disarmingly honest narrative of a fractured couple faced with an array of private demons. Dishonesty, alcoholism, passive-aggressiveness and a possibly haunted house stagger inexorably towards the grand finale. But for all of this, each song stands on its own two feet. This Glass Embrace have set out to create nothing short of a masterpiece; a grandiose concept album that is also a memorable collection of intelligent rock songs.
So you rocked tonight, I hope u know that it was amazing, I hope you liked the first half of my bands album, I never know if you will or not, deffiently let me know what u think, the follow up hopefully will be a little more Decemberist and Jethro Tull than this sort of pop esq album
The new stuff sounds amazing! I'm so happy that you guys are finally getting to get it out there. I'll be buying a copy soon. Much love and best wishes!

dude "you make voluntary amnesia look easy" is so hardcore. I thought it was gonna be just a guy and his guitar singing so I listened to it to go to bed and that song woke me right back up. but it's an awesome song.
So how about that new album, lol dosnt it suck when you make a ton of progress on and album then say your computers you use to record get attacked by flesh eating viruses a few weeks before your self made deadline.
Zach got a lot of compliments for the way it was shot. lol and I bought that hat ratty thank you very much, lol I told the girl that id cute my hair off and put the hat back on if she didnt believe me.
Yea I hear the third prong in your album is still having recording issues, but I must hear his techno stuff.
Well I hope that comes together soon, how are things going on "This Glass Embrace's"

Oh btw I am not sure how much Jackie likes Greg The Bunny, but I found this thing thats new where they parody indie films, I rented it from our favorite DVD wherehouse with the Flamingo :) which I am there so much
Except for the Fiddler Cover :) lol which neither of us sung. lol it was crazy I didnt realized I once upon the time played bass "okay" lol but its probably best that I wield a pen than an instrument
