This Goodly Land: Alabama's Literary Landscape is a project of the Caroline Marshall Draughon Center for the Arts & Humanities in the College of Liberal Arts at Auburn University. Its purposes are to spotlight Alabama's literary past, present, and future and to encourage the reading of Alabama literature. The Web site has profiles of 134 authors (and counting), an interactive map showing Alabama connections, reading lists, audio and video programs, and a blog.
