Another album already?
This Is A Standoff are back for another dose of blistering punkrock madness. Just under a year and a half ago, the boys came out with their first full length album, Be Excited. In an effort to spread the word of this joyous occasion, they spent a month in Europe touring on the album, followed closely by a Canadian tour with Strike Anywhere, The Flatliners, and Carpenter. To sweeten the sugar even more, they managed to do a few shows with Bad Religion and Lagwagon along the way.
After a lot of time spent in the basement and with much anticipation, This Is A Standoff bring another 13 blistering tracks. Recorded in Calgary and mixed in Italy, the new album pushes the band in new directions while keeping true to the style that can be heard on Be Excited. The new album is called
