Hello! My name is Joshua; I'm twenty-six, I live in New York and I perform live comedy.
I have been doing comedy professionally for nine years in which I've performed probably somewhere around 1,000 shows (but I've really lost count). Here's some back story:
At the age of 16 I co-founded the musically comedic duo "Touched by an Uncle." We did that for three years and had the pleasure of sharing stages with GWAR, Biz Markee and a bunch of other acts we'd never expect to cross paths with. We even got into a fight with Stephen Baldwin once over pizza.
When i was 19 moved onto improv comedy at my college and did that religiously for about five years; sometimes doing three or four shows each week. The troupe still exists, so if you're ever at Oswego State University, go see a Shaun Cass show. I assure you it's worth it.
During all of this, I had been working my stand-up chops on the side, so when I graduated college at the age of 22, I packed up and life and moved to New York City to combine all my experiences and styles into one giant, explosive solo show.
