Welcome to www.melissagraham.com ’Solid Harmonie’ a British pop group formed in 1996. They enjoyed world wide success, producing five singles and a self-titled gold and multi platinum album. They toured with the Backstreet Boys, Nsync and Janet Jackson to name but a few, recording in New York with Timmy Allen and in Sweden with the hugely successful Max Martin. The band had hits in Scandinavia, The Netherlands, Germany, Japan, Canada, Phillipines and, in the UK. 1999: Melissa started her solo career in Europe and appeared on tv shows such as Exclusive, The Harald Schmitt Show, Bravo TV, Top of the Pops, Big Brother, The Enscheidung, Deine Band, and Stefan Raab. All with Melissa speaking in German! Melissa was soon discovered by Freesoul clothing company (Italy) who took her on to be the Face and Personality of ’FREESOUL’ for 2 years running. She was also featured in ’FHM’, making the Girls of Summer Special. 2003: Melissa works closely with Songwriter and Producer Colin Preston. They had their first number one together in January 2005 with girl band ’Raffish’ and a song called ’PLAYTHING’ selling more than 45,000 copies and going gold in the Netherlands. 2006: Melissa appears on the spin off from the ’Doctor Who’ programme called ’Torchwood’, which was aired in September 2007. 2008: Melissa is currently working on several documentary programs as well as presenting.
