This Reality Podcast is a weekly international music & chat entertainment show which, according to Feedburner, has over 100,000 subscribers, mostly via iTunes. TRP is produced and co-presented in Oxfordshire, UK, by Sophie and Bren. We don't do this for money, we do this because we love music. This means that we only play music that we love. Simples. We do this for fun. And we do it for you too, if you want. Catch us at http://thisrealitypodcast.com or search for it in iTunes.
  • Music

We love our music, we're regular gig-goers and regularly review artists/bands and gigs in the UK. If you're a band or an artist drop us a line and tell us about your work; we listen to and play music sent to us from artists all over the world. This Reality Podcast is the very first podcast to be licensed to play mainstream music by the UK Performing Rights Society.
  • Books

Yes we have books. Many many many books. Bren also writes. Books and reviews and freelance articles. You have been warned. Soph looks after books. It is a relationship of synergy.

About me:

We produce and co-present This Reality Podcast, a weekly music and entertainment show which usually originates from Studio L in Oxfordshire, UK. We are a pair of music nuts. We're also nuts (with or without music). He's a former classic musician, chorister and these days, a player of really bad guitar. She's just nuts. He's a freelance writer, author, part-time music journalist and occasional consultant and Three-Day Eventer. She is very lovely, much fun and sometimes not too keen on her fellow man. Or woman. Catch us at: http://thisrealitypodcast.com or search for it in iTunes.

Thanks for adding us This Reality, you are cool, and you know you are, but yet it's ok.
  • Aug 3 2009 12:11 PM

Thanks for the add. Temple Cloud a red herring? Well, sort of. Suttie and I met and played together in Bristol, so we knew of Temple Cloud... The Clutton Country Club would sound like someone clearing their throat. Whereas Temple Cloud is a name to conjure with, if one is sufficiently unaware of the place itself (no slight intended).

Cheers for the add Bren! Glad u like the tunes.

Unfortuanetly, we havnt got any gigs planned in the area at the moment, the closest would be Cardiff. Were trying to get a load of new songs finished at the moment so were not gigging as much. But keep an eye out though, cos we should be heading out on the road soon, so maybe you'll catch us!

    Keep in touch

even though his podcast is a crude, filthly antisemetic, racist, homophobic, boring, unprepared, amature, bad quality, sexist and encourages devil worship,
i find myself listening every week, along with the other thousands of fans, including adolf hitler, baby spice and jade goody!

    what a show!

    Hi
cheers for your support and thanks for the add!
It's finally here – our new second album "Stentorian".
Featuring 11 new tracks it's certainly DARKER, STRONGER and LOUDER than our first album "Slowburn". With a more aggressive and live rock sound, the album takes you on a journey through war zones, drug addiction, piracy and sibling rivalry.
Stentorian was released on the 13 October and our new single from the album "MusicBox" is out now (released 29th September). Check out our page to listen to the new sample tracks taken from the album.
    hope you enjoy!
    cheers - Anemo
