T.S, Thissa1 or TheKid. Whichever alias you may prefer for this young rapper, based on his lyrical and/or musical skills, you'll soon find out that it's not about his name. But rather his consistent ability to bless a beat, a crowd, and much importantly a listener.
T.S brings together rhymes, flow, imagery and punchlines, complete with a hint of arrogance... or confidence rather. Born Tshepiso Leseyane in Mafikeng (24/03/1987), this outspoken MC began his career as a recording artist after joining Pretoria-based rap crew Jade Jewels in 2005. This later on saw the release of his first solo mixtape, dubbed "Bless the Kid" in 2006.
In early 2007, T.S together with rappers Rayskillz and Alter-Ego went on to release the "Lawz of Lyrix" mixtape.Thissa is currently working on the Jade Jewels album which will also include members Demar, 2c and Rayskillz to name a few. He's also busy with his debut album fittingly titled "Meet the Kid". With Thissa's in-your-face rhymes together with production from Demar and the rest of the "Jewels", we all can't wait to meet this kid.
