Tara and pianist Ron Palka perform the first movement of Christopher Lee's new Cello Sonata
Tara is a classically trained cellist with an eclectic array of musical tastes. She is based in Cleveland Ohio, where she performs regularly in several different genres and avenues.

In addition to performing with the Foo Fighters, Tara has performed on tours and shows with Kanye West, Josh Groban, Barry Manilow, the Trans Siberian Orchestra, and Smokey Robinson. She has also shared the stage with Yo-Yo Ma, Leonard Slatkin, Benjamin Zander, Diana Krall, Christian McBride, Sarah Chang, Arturo Sandoval, Paquito D'Rivera, James Newton Howard, Randy Newman, and John Corigliano.
In the Indie music scene, Tara is the cellist for Unsparing Sea. In June, Unsparing Sea performed in the North by Northeast Festival in Toronto! They will soon be recording their second album.
Tara received her classical training from the University of Michigan, University of Miami, and the Cleveland Institute of Muisc. She is an alumnist of Interlochen, the Youth Orchestra of the Americas and the Henry Mancini Institute.

Your cello playing is absolutely amazing, the songs on your player are really awesome. Cello is by far one of favourite instruments, I really want to start perfoming live with a celloist, shame you dont live over here :(
I'm not planning on coming over to the US this year, who knows next year if my album sells, would love to come over and play, would be a dream.
