Tom has been a musician since he was 12 years old - with an inspired desire to imitate Keith Richards.
In high school Tom played in various bands, including Orange Whip, and Nino and the Ebb Tides. After high school, Tom played with various bands and decided to pursue his musical education. He was schooled by traveling to festivals throughout the country, and playing along with musicians along the way. This “independent study” served to expose Tom to the roots of modern music: Delta Blues, Bluegrass, Reggae and Folk Music.
With influences such as Jerry Garcia, Bob Marley, Muddy Waters, Ravi Shankar, and John Coltrane, Tom honed his diverse guitar and vocal skills. Tom’s guitar work reflects his passion to explore more and more diverse styles of music.
Music seems to be his destiny. There is karma behind his birthday, which he shares with musical greats such as Ray Charles, Bruce Springsteen, John Coltrane.
Swept away by the melodic lull of Tom’s lead solos, one can’t help but feel the passion he has for his music. His voice has been described as 'Warm syrup'.
Tom is an accomplished guitarist, percussionist, harmonica player and vocalist. Music runs in his veins and echoes in his soul. He loves rock and roll and the blues. That might come from being a Chicago boy!
His love of India is the reason why he decided to form Indian Sunshine with Alpona. It is a company that hopes to share a lot of beautiful things from India with the western world.
Tom Trivia: Tom's birthday is on the 23rd of September. He loves Indian food and is a vegetarian. He is fascinated with World Culture and Music and constantly keeps experimenting with his style to incorporate those elements in his music. Some musicians Thomas Leach has played with include: Blind Lightnin' Blues Band, LOVE AND MUSIC BAND, Friday Night Jam, Steve Arvey, Brother John, Terrapin Flyer, Dobro Joe, Wally World Blues Band, Cincinnati Joe, Yabba Griffins, Ruby Harris, Kent Kaled and Matt Stedman.

We are ALL in this Together.

"Many people have traveled this world with different dreams, purposes and aspirations. Many are masters, teachers, inventors and followers. They were all sent by the creator of the universe to achieve one just course; “global peace and unification.” But this course cannot be achieved without unconditional love, which possesses the magical powers of the Divine for transformation. When the human race embraces love unconditional, then the lost will be found, the naked will be clothed, the hungry will be fed, the bombs will be destroyed and there will be peace and unity which will make us all to speak one language, “LOVE”. Let love abide". -- Philip D. Brown
