Hi. My name is Thomas Tomsen. I was born in Peine near Hannover in Germany.
In the beginning I had tested many instruments like Piano, Keyboard, Drums, Harp and s.o.
At the age of 13 I bought a KISS record and when I was 15, I began to play the guitar.
Through the years I got a preference for bands like Van Halen, AC/DC, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, King’s X, Black Sabbath, Alice Cooper, ZZ Top, Kiss, Frank Zappa, Deep Purple and much more. I was influenced of many f… great Guitarplayer like Vinnie Vincent, Gary Moore, Eddie van Halen, Vinnie Moore, Joe Satriani, Yngwie Malmsteen, Michael Schenker, Steve Vai, Uli Jon Roth, Brad Gillis, Albert Lee, Ty Tabor, Tony Iommi, George Lynch, Jimi Hendrix, Paul Gilbert, Tony MacAlpine, Richie Blackmoore, The Kulick Brothers Bruce and Bob, Ace Frehley, and many more.
In the 1990ies I formed my first real group “ACARI”.
After that began my funproject “Thomas Tomsen Band”.
Afterwards it was be “Böser Tomsen”.
At the moment it called “FRANKENFISH”. And another bands like: "Galetzka Tomsen" and " GBT". You can find them in my toplist.
I work as a guitar teacher and session player for different projects, bands and artists.
