The Poetz Formerly Thoughtless Poetz (Dro, Jamazz & Barlow). Three Regular Motherfuckers doing whatever we need to do to survive. We don't concentrate on writing corny-ass shit to try to appeal to the masses, Syke i'm lying! or am I. We jus "Do What We Do", We write about what we know in and around the everyday life we live. The The Poetz Formed around 2000 when Dro an Barlow were introduced by mutual friends who were bragging about each ones skills at work. The 2 hooked up freestyling an immediately clicked as if they had been doing it together for years. The Poetz have been performing "Live" shows now for 6 years and are continuing to build a consistant an larger crowd at every show. "All we like to do is Rock Shows, have a Good Time & Getting Smashed wit good people who appreciate The Culture, The Music & what we do". Tha Poetz have been dropping jaws at shows by people stunned that Nebraska can put it down like that. Well Nebraska can DICKHEADS!!! Each of the members have been becoming more an more known for they own individual ingredients in wut makes tha components of the The Poetz. "Dro" has became known for his "Smooth Delivery" an Reallity Based Lyrics" & "Politicly Motivated", While "Barlow" has become known for his "West Coast Attitude", "In Your Face Aproach" an "Raunchy Punchlines". In addition Tha Poetz added a third Emcee by tha name of "Jamazz", known better for his "Battle Minded Brutal Delivery" backed by a "Lyrical WordPlay" "LIKE NO OTHER!!!" Tha Poetz recently early in 2006 started to work on a New LP along wit Newest Member "Jamazz" to create something completely different and Original for our Scene. The 5th LP Titled "Tha 5th Element" Dropped on May 5th, 2006. The Title speaks for itself. The 5 Elements of Hip-Hip will never be forgotten or overshaddowed. Jamazz has went on to Release his Latest Solo project Titled "The Social Butta-Fly Larva State Vol. 1" and Released Vol. 2 June 2007. Lately the Poetz have been grinding harder than ever traveling to get the name out around tha MidWest and Down South performing Various Venues in any City possible hooking up with numerous Underground Hip-Hop Heads from alot Cities to network together an put on successful Shows.
