Producer, choreographer, and entertainer are all extraordinary talents separately. Compile those into one R&B/Hip-Hop trio and you get a super-talent known as Threatboyz. Such a multitalented group seems almost surreal, but one glimpse of these indescribable young men reveals the emergence urban musics new heartthrobs.
Consisting of Gregory "Geezy" Teasley, Demetrius "Dee" McIntosh, and Victor "Vick" Carter, Threatboyz also known as Threat certainly may be the prototype group that music has been looking for. Possessing the talent, determination, and passion to succeed, Threat unquestionably has always had international success in their future, but the road to success is not one achieved overnight.
Having shared the stage, studio, and camera with some of music most notable talents including Jermaine Dupri, Ciara, Bow Wow, Mario, Kandi, 8ball and MJG, and B2K the group has definitely had its share of apprentice experience to gear them for their own future. Collectively appearing and achieving success in numerous venues such as: The "You Got Served" Dance Competition, The Atlanta vs. Boston Dance Off, MTVs TRL, BETs 106 & Park, and the Miss Teen USA Pageant have prepared Threat for career with unlimited boundaries.
In 2006 the group aims to release its debut album and to seize the top of the chart spot they have been waiting so patiently for. The first single entitled "Lay Your Head" gives some prospective into the groups R&B roots with a Hip Hop edge that has quickly made it a radio favorite. Other album cuts include the Atlanta snap anthem "Jig" and the soulful "On Call". Upon listening to the groups eclectic range of ear candy and seeing a show stopping performance it is evident why the Threatboyz are the epitome of a boy group.
