Music from a barren land, thawed by a contrabass, a pump organ, steel stringed guitars and songs of escape and transformation. Nordic singersongwriting lending from the ømpa of the balkans. Some balkan, some country, and a mix of distressed and hopeful melodies in an acoustic tradition from northern Europe.
