About me:
Single and searching? Frustrated with the difficulty of finding love in the big city?

They say it only takes three minutes to fall in love – and a lifetime to understand why!

Welcome to the world of speed dating with London agency Three Minute Magic, where the idea of love at first sight is put to the test by the capital’s singles and not so singles. Esther, the determined – and very glamorous – boss of Three Minute Magic, welcomes a wide and varied group of men and women to an evening of intense speed dating. Love is in the air and the anticipation – and hope – of finding their dream date causes a few of them to try a little too hard… Pinning on their badges, taking their seats – nervous first-timers mix with old-pros; all colours, all creeds, all shapes and sizes – all waiting for the gong…

Under-appreciated girlfriend Lucy is in a relationship going nowhere but hoping for ever-lasting love; shy widower Emmett is still mourning his wife, stubbornly refusing to move on but also realising there needs to be a future; and gorgeous femme fatale Alicia doesn’t need anyone -– or so she thinks until she comes face-to-face with her future self. Discover the love and laughter of their first night playing by the speed dating rules as they cross-paths with Alan who’s there for the ’kill’; Layla who’s trying hard not to intimidate with her brains and beauty; Bob, who is, without doubt, the sweetest man in the world; Peppar who consults the cosmic energies; Johnny who’s enjoying his stag-do; and the gorgeous Bianka who is… “Well, you’ll just have to take my number, sugar.” These people, and more, come colliding together, with the dream of meeting “the one”.

Love is all around them. But will they find it?

“Three Minute Moments” is the debut feature film from director Don Allen and has all the ingredients to become a cult-classic of our time.

It’s a comedy of errors, flirtation, hopes and dreams – “Three Minute Moments” is the true-to-life tale of dating – the speed dating way! With a cast of more than fifty actors representing a complete cross-section of single people, this film follows their quest to have fun and find love within the busy world that we live in.
Who I'd like to meet:
There are millions of single people throughout the UK. If you’re one of them – and you’re looking for love – then welcome to “Three Minute Moments” the film that gives you more than just an insight into speed dating – it gives you hope.

We will be holding a Premiere “Pre-Valentine” C&C screening on Thursday 25 January 2007 in central London. If you would like to attend please email: screening@threeminutemoments.com

3 Minute Flirt-Alert!

Are you single? Are you in a relationship? Are you married, divorced, widowed? Are you sick of that peculiar Northern European habit of bottling up your dreams, hopes and desires?

Join us.

At 1pm on Thursday January 25th 2007 we challenge you to flirt outrageously with the person you most desire for three minutes. Text them, call them, instant message them, chase them down the street if necessary, but make your feelings known. Create a three minute moment. Valentines Day is coming and the time to act is now.

Synchronise your flirting with our countdown timer available at our website http://www.threeminutemoments.com/countdown.html
Consider it a call to arms, a focal point for your desires. Consider it just FLIRTY!

Help us make the world a more loving place. Spread the love and tell your friends.

Team love. X
