About me: Located between Gettysburg and Carlisle in northern Adams County, Three Springs Fruit Farm has been family owned and operated for over 100 years. Operating as a partnership between David and John Wenk, the sixth generation to farm, Three Springs has a wide variety of apples, peaches, cherries, apricots, and blueberries in season for retail and wholesale. In 2007, David's son Ben Wenk returned from school to serve as principle scout and consultant for the farm's 350 acres and to oversee trips to area farmers markets. Three Springs operates using extensive Integrated Pest Management strategies - biological control, reduced risk/low residual materials, and mating disruption among others. The farm's management is active in the Adams County Fruit Growers Association, State Horticulture Association of Pennsylvania, Farm Bureau, Ag Innovations, Young Grower Alliance, and other organizations from the local level to the international level. Stay tuned for information on new crops and new plantings, as well as our farmers market schedule!
Call ahead for orders, information, or to visit our farm!
Who I'd like to meet: All of our farmers market customers! Also, fellow agriculturalists - growers, industry reps, agricultural advocates - anyone who shares our passion for growing food!
Congrats on the Philly Weekly article! Hey, are you coming to the PASA conference in February? Great workshops and networking. Happy New Year to you and yours!
I cyber high-five you, too! That article has had a lot of legs, more than I expected. What an awesome product, Ben, we're proud to carry those canned peaches at the Farmstand! Looking forward to seeing you at PASA, it'll be a good time!

Hi There~ I am primarily a home gardener and post gardening and recipe blogs. During the school year, I get kind of busy with teaching, but I try to post blogs as I can. I hope you enjoy the info I post and if you ever have any info to add, just let me know. Happy Gardening! Zoe
It's okay -- I did look for you, though!! We have at least one show scheduled for late October, and our schedule usually gets pretty packed at that time of year, so keep an eye on the bulletin board!
