Three Star Hotel is a ROCK band with elements from punk and metal!
It all started out in a street, in a small town on the windy
south-westcoast of Norway.
The year was 1993, and the neighbours
Thomas and Robert got their first guitars and started playing and jaming in each others
boy-rooms.
The duo learned fast and the time had come to bring in a drummer. Jarle
was also kid-next-door, so the trio was now complete and they
started to cover songs from bands like
Nirvana, Green Day, Guns`N`Roses and Metallica...
A lot of years, and after they all had played in several bands they
gathered again. This time with a goal of becoming musicians and share
the passion and love of the sound they were, and still are, into!
So Three Star Hotel was created in 2003 with a lot of ideas and energy
to put to life! And very soon they started to perform shows in the
local area. They got superb response and at todays date the band have
played a shit-load of gigs and festivals across the southern part of
Norway, and are always looking for new spots to play their shows!
In the summer of 2006 the band lost their drummer and friend, Jarle, but he got replaced by Arne from Farewell Stories. At the same time they added a second guitarist, Mickey! And this made the band even tighter, better, more complete and louder then it was!
The band have 2 recordings. The first recording was an EP that included
9 tracks and a promovideo. It was recorded in desember 2004, and came
only in 300 copies.
In april 2006 the band started on their first full-length album.
Who will publish this album, and when it will be
published are still unsure. But the debut album will come soon! So
please stay tuned...
At this moment the debut album is only in mp3`s. Please listen, download, share and enjoy...
In December 2006 the band got their first music video. It`s from the song Believe Me, and it`s viewable and downloadable on: Youtube, Myspace and www.three-star-hotel.com . ENJOY!!
Three Star Hotel will use this opertunety to thank all the fans and
friends that have supported and helped them through all these years. The
show isn`t a show without you guys and girls!

Vi er klare for å arrangere Rock Mesterskap 2008, suksessen fra i fjord skal toppes og en ny mester skal kåres!
I april vil Rock Mesterskapet gå i gang på Rockehuset – her kårer vi Haldens beste band/artist. En jury plukker ut ti band som skal kokurrere under en finale hvor hvert band fremfører sin låt under en konsert på Rockehuset 19. April.
