Heavily influenced by a dance style known as Java, popular in late 1800's Paris - fast paced and accordion-heavy - the celebratory sounds spawned a French saying 'faire la java' - having a party. And that's exactly what you get when the eight-piece band takes to the stage. They haven't been here for too many years, but last time it was packed to the rafters and don't be late for a bit of 21st Century Indigenous Didj Trip Hop from Tjupurru.
