Formed in 2004, in Columbus Georgia, Thrill of a Gunfight started their long journey. In summer 2005, they released their first self-released album "Run For Your Life". After a year of touring they self-released their second full length album "Broken Hearts and Body Parts" in fall 2006. Several years and several tours later, TOAG was picked up by Torque records. Under them they released the hard hitting "The struggle, The rebirth, The beginning anew". This album can still be picked up at Hot Topic, Best Buy, and f.y.e stores.
TOAG have recently changed their sound as well as the line up. Now Thrill of a Gunfight is Mikey Lehman "vocals", Lance Wisham "guitar", Justin Woodliff "guitar", Damien Allen "drums", and Shane Craft "bass". With a new sound and a new image they are taking it to the next level. They are on a month on and a month off tour cycle. That means six months of the year are on the road, and six months are at home working and writing good music. They just finished their much anticipated 2011 demo in Jan.
Known for their action packed live shows, TOAG will most definately show you a good time. So if you havn't seen TOAG yet do yourself a favor and check them out.
