Here's a rant...
I'm not going to use this website anymore and neither should you. To start with the more superficial reasons, this website is owned by the news corporation (the same company that owns FOX news). So that means every click on this page is generating advertising revenue for Rupert Murdoch, Contributing to his annual 13.5 billion dollar a year empire. Money which is handed directly to the republican party in the form of campaign financing.
Myspace is also becoming a great tool for market research. The Focus groups that once paid our peers to tell corporations what is "in" and what appeals to young people are now not even necessary. Every creative thing you do is easily stolen co-opted and sold back to you in a impotent, safe and Homogenized form. These people are EVIL. Why do you want them to know any of the details of your life?
Most importantly Myspace is expanding the divide between us and our peers, and consequently increasing the alienation that is ever present in todays world. Purveying the notion that happiness is not free and can only be acquired through materialism. Fuck this fake reality. Real life is so much more exciting that this boring abstraction.
No problem. I actually had a secret tip on making music to put my Mega Man game which I was playing into an MP3. But any who, have a good one dudes. Play a show soon!
