Marcetta Ross was born on April 18th, 1991, and raised in Union City,Tennessee. Marcetta lived with both mother and father. Came up living a crazy life. Growing up listening to Hip-Hop and R&b. Her being a rapper but at the sametime she was a normal "music freak" school child. Then years after years, her friends and family kept mentioning to her about her rap talent and needing to record tracks. She didnt take it serious until her freshman year in high school around the age of 14. She began rapping in the 6th grade, this where it all started. At the time she would have rap battles against her male companions during and after school. She later got the name "Durrty Redd" from a family member because of her hair changing colors from dark brown to dark red in the sunlight. Just so happen it looked a dark reddish so he came up with Durrty Redd.
After all the playing around, she oneday just sat down and learned how to record tracks off her computer still at the time while living with her mother and father. She learned more and more every single day. Durrty Redd had to earn what she got. Things didnt just come free as the parents spent cash. Listening to La Chat, Gangsta Boo, and many more. Durrty Redd's favorite words were ''Time is MONEY & MONEY is Time & Now It's Time To Get MINE''! Just to be at the age of 11, you would be surprised to see how a youngsta make it on a struggle
A few years later she moved to a bigger house and way diffrent neighborhood. Durrty Redd had major plans which had all ended soon because of other people's failure. But that didnt stop Durrty Redd from zoning everybody out and focusing more on her music. Durrty Redd had found out about myspace during the summer because of her bestfriend, when she then created a music page. She then took it more serious to be a rapper. Mostly months and months she was recording and freestyling on alot of beats trying to get her rap game focus and on point.
Soon when school started, everyday when she got freetime from work, she would just write rhymes and freestyle till she couldnt anymore! Uploaded her music
on myspace and added people from school to worlwide to hear her music. As they talked about her, they began to spread the word. It Got Crazy! Durrty Redd then gained respect without even trying to fit in! Soon dropped a cd called ''The New Era'', ''Life of Durrty Redd'', ''Dat Gutta Chick'', and now grindin for her major deal with her last mixtape being as unsigned called B4 Da Big Life: Unsigned''. This girl is known world wide seriously as an underground artist.
