The Trons are a completely self playing robotic junk band! They're made mostly from old computer and mechanical parts and play original songs using an array of old amps and instruments. They've been piling through the gigs... Hamilton... Queenstown.. Paris.. mosh pits.. fast cars... robot groupies... There's some recent gig pictures here and plenty more in the pics section too. Touring is a bit mad but all goes together well and there's cameras on all of the instruments now so even if there is a bit of a crowd the action is still easy to see. There's probably an albums worth of stuff and they're working at it to get more recordings and vids done.. no doubt will happen soon. If you want to chat or book a gig (big or small) send a message via this myspace or email gigs@thetrons.co.nz

Still, you should see if "Boxx" from Logans Run, or maybe even "Marvin" from the Hitchikers Guide can be roadies and stage hands.....don't talk to him about life, but he can set up the drums and all....
Oh heaveans above help us, the machines are taking over! I mean, 1st it MIDI, then they were programed for Rock&Roll and they learned 3 chords then it all opens up from there. "It starts with a mouse click, and ends with your mind!"
Seriously tho, thanks for the add, I mean it does jive and all, but what next?
Fish..and Plankton, and protien from the sea.....or is he your roadie.....
That's the weekend that I'm going to be crazy busy with family stuff, BUT my sister is real keen to see The Trons...she lives in Wellington, so chances like this don't come up very often! What time are you expexcting to get your robotic friends on-stage? Might be able to make a special apparence just for youse! :D
