Hi, my name is Alan. I'm currently an IT Manager for a non-profit. I've been in the computer field for the last 18 years, and worked in most areas such as web & database programming, call center tech support, IT hardware & software support.
Look forward to a rockin' 2009. My wife has started a new job at Norfolk Sentara Hospital, Lily will be potty-trained (finally), and I'll be working on my Airborne costume version 1.5.

The Hampton Roads southeastern region of Virginia is a hotbed for Star Wars fandom. In 2009, we'll be participating in MarsCon in Williamsburg, Special Olympics Polar Plunge, March for Babies, Ryan's PKU Foundation, Relay For Life, Free Comic Book Day at the Chesapeake Central Library, raised $500 for the March of Dimes Virginia Chapter at Great Wolf Lodge Resort, raised $1,050 for Make-A-Wish Foundation of Greater Virginia through our Beachstreet USA appearances. Our Neptune Festival appearance will also benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Greater Virginia.
In the fall, we got an Alzheimer's Walk in VA Beach, Halloween Bash at the Virginia Air & Space Center, Virginia Zoo Boo, Masquerade in Ghent, NekoCon, and Toys-For-Tots at Toys R Us.
