Matt Chase:

Matt, a crowd favorite, is a veteran country player and vocalist, perfecting his craft for over twenty-eight years. His vocal versatility enables the group to perform songs from groups such as Alan Jackson, Garth Brooks, Alabama, George Strait, Brooks and Dunn, and others. His ability enables the group to perform at all of the above-mentioned variety of events, and is also what gives the band a decided edge in the "Hot Country" field

Gary Burns :
Gary Burns is the group’s steel guitar player. Gary is a longtime Central New York music veteran, and one of the original-founding members of the group. His signature sound is what gives Thunder Canyon the true "New Country" sound, and establishes the group’s foundation. Gary infuses emotion into the music, he can make you tap your foot, and when we play a ballad, he can make you cry! He's truly the frosting on our cake!

Mike Bullock:
Playing lead guitar and providing backup vocals for Thunder Canyon is Mike Bullock. Mike joined the group in early 1999, and is also a twenty eight-year veteran of the local music scene. His versatility in styles was developed while playing in rock and variety groups such as "Freefall" and the "Delltones."
Jeff DAprix:
Jeff is an original member of Thunder Canyon and grew up in a musical family.
He has played a variety of styles of music in many bands in NY and Pa., including Fringe, Entourage, JYD, and Malloy Daniels.
Jeff plays bass, guitar, and harmonica.
Eric Cappotto:
Rick is our newest member of Thunder Canyon who brings along with him a lot of years and experience behind the drumset. An established, seasoned veteran, you may remember Rick from the group "Power Pac" or even from the band "Freeze". While with the group "Freeze", Rick had the pleasure to play with Greg Allman a few times in Buffalo. Rick is truly a great fit for the Thunder Canyon Band. Welcome aboard!
Joe DePietro:
Our Friend, and gifted musician, Mr. Joe DePietro
To All Our Friends and Family members...
As most of you know by now, our good friend, outstanding musician, devoted father, teacher, and choir director, Joe DePietro, has passed away.
The band is attempting to move forward, so please bear with us as we try to go on, as we all feel Joe would have wanted us to do...
God Bless.
