    Thunderdome were born in Rome in 2001 with the idea to form a band that wouldn't follow the classical stereotypes, but that could express spontaneously its way of being. That could be achieved only by a group o guys eager to become famous and gifted with sense of composition and high playing tecniques. First thing the 2 founders of the group, Paolo Zinzi and Daniele Flammini, started looking for people able to grant this features. The first line-up was Paolo Zinzi playing guitar, Daniele Flammini drums, Mauro Saracino vocals, Cristina Verderame bass and Alessandro Scalero guitar. The first to leave the band was Cristina Verderame that due to lack of time couldn't follow the band up but, lucky for them, Thunderdome immediately met Marco Avallone. Vocalist Mauro Saracino decided to leave the band soon aftre as he didn't find spurs in it. Alessandro Scalero decided to stop playing the guitar as well soon thereafter as his interests had changed radically and Thunderdome, left just with bass (Marco Avallone), guitar (Paolo Zinzi) and drums (Daniele Flammini), had a very difficult time and the band held up together only thanks to the will of playing of the three guys. During 2002 they saw many guitarists from Roma and they chose Francesco Caputo, who anyway didn't last long. His musical style wasn0t taking him in the same direction chosen by the three so ho decided to leave. Alessandro Scalero and Mauro Saracino were taken back but after more or less 6 months they proved not to be right for the band. It was chance that brought Patrizio Izzo into Thunderdome, when he met Paolo Zinzi during a Christmas concert in Rome. 2004 was the time of Sandro Manicone, Patrizio Izzo's dearest friend. Thunderdome were looking for a backing vocals and he was looking for a band where to express his keyboards skills. Last but not least in 2005 came Daniele Siscaro, who they met thanks to a common friend of the band, Alexander Vaccini. So in 2005 Thunderdome were officialy born, they didn't lose time and they started to write and arrange the first songs, creating an harmonius relation thanks also to the constant studio sessions. In the last 2 years the group has succeeded in making a Demo composed by 4 songs (Born From The Dark, Sail Away, Just To Dream, Crawl To Me) that by now it is transmitted in a lot of radios of the whole world, and we are recording by ouselfe the first album that will be composed by 10 songs, the 4 of the demo will be recorded again, other 5 new pieces and a new cover. Promo availeble since 19/09/2010!!!
