About me: THUNDER-HOUSE would like to welcome to the THUNDER-HOUSE FAMILY, Santiago Sabino Owner/CHIEF Instructor: Messiah's Martial Arts and Fitness, instructs Fri. at 6:00pm and Sat. at 1:30pm. Here at Thunder House we have adequate mat space, adequate pads/grapping dummies, heavy bags, Muay Thai bags, speed bags,double ended bags, weights, lockers and showers. Training fee's start at $80.00 mnthly 4 days a week.(T/Th/F/Sat)$60.00mnthly 3 days a week and $50.00 for two days a week. If your goal is just to get into what we call "FIGHTER FIT" we have that type of training also.That starts at $50.00 mnthly. We also offer One on One Training in Hybrid. This is reccommended flor the beginner who needs individual training before advancing into group classes. interested in MMA, Grappling, Boxing.OUR COACHES ARE TOUGH AND THE "BOSS LADY" dont play games. Fee's range on experience and workout days needed for training. Our fee's include your nutrition needs boxing, HYBRID Training, (you gota be a member to be in HYBRID) weight-training, agility, grappling, etc. We are a team based on humility and God fearing. LOYALTY to yourself and your teammates. This is a sport of all sports.
