I've been playing keys and singing my whole life. When I started plunking out melodies of songs from The Muppets, my favorite show as a toddler, my Mom saw my interest and put me in piano lessons. After finishing high school, I went to UW-Madison and graduated with a BA in music, with emphasis in classical and jazz piano. I taught lessons for many years, and still teach - though now on a part-time and voluntary basis, working with underprivileged youth.
Since living in Los Angeles, I've had the good fortune of playing with some great LA-based bands at venues like the House of Blues on Sunset and the Rose Bowl, and sharing the stage with bands like Collective Soul and Survivor. I also have a passion for technology, and have written ads and advertorials that have appeared in publications like Mac World and Electronic Musician. I love gear! I am currently (and always) writing new songs, and also writing and producing music for a film/TV production music company. Stay tuned!
