Organized schedule and professional one-on-one training with 4 full-size professional TWINS training rings and a MMA training area with 8 Meter MMA Fight cage, matted floors and padded walls. 32 workout stations with TWINS heavy, medium, and long (banana)bags, uppercut and hook bags, agility balls, (2) two Olympic Bench press free-weights with/ squat rack, pull-down, butterfly, leg press, incline bench press, 3 full racks dumbbells, and exercise stationary bikes.
